Comparing ourselves to others is a difficult behavior to avoid, and well known especially in women.

We often compare ourselves to co-workers, neighbors, friends, friends of our partners in relation to achievements, images, virtues, etc.. It is generally a bad comparison stops leaving us, or that highlights our shortcomings or deficiencies.

Why compare ourselves to anyone else?, Why not think about ourselves based on?
Try to be the best in everything you do, however small it is.But do not compare yourself with others, is a competition with yourself.

Recognize your accomplishments, whatever, will do away with guilt and feel better!

Comparing yourself to someone else indicates a low self-esteem, and undermines the safety of yourself. There will always be someone better, healthier, happier and blissful supposedly than ourselves … but compared is good behavior?,?’ll Change anything?

The Perfectionists tend to compare all the time with other people and feel in a position of inferiority to others.
Comparisons are not usually bring to conclusion!

We must learn to care for and maintain our own life, based on personal goals and projects, based on which we want and yet we fail.

Dare to be yourself and improve every day!
