moreover getting your hair trim in every 2 or 3 months is also important as trimming off your damaged hair and split ends will give your hair strength and volume, keeping them healthy!

OILING AND MASSAGING:

giving your hair roots full nutrients is also very important for them to grow, once in a week get your hair oiled and massaged that will improve your hair’s quality and make them grow longer, as oil works wonder for your hair providing it certain essential minerals, vitamins and fatty acid that boosts overall health of your hair, so get your hair massaged and oiled once a week.

we girls love to get our hair done at the parlors, giving them the best of styles such as straightening them, curling them with the curling rod, using a blow dryer that actually gives heat to our hair, for the time being our hair appear beautiful and gorgeous but by the time if we use it more frequently or on daily basis we’ll end up being bald or with the much hair fall that will definitely put us in trouble. deep conditioning is one of the most effective way to keep your hair healthy and then enjoying smooth and soft hair.

all you need to do for deep conditioning is just after you have washed you hair with a good shampoo then squeeze out the water from your hair by using towel and then take some conditioner in your hand and apply it right to the roots of your hair then use a wide toothed comb in order to spread the conditioner all over your hair and leave a conditioner in your hair for about 10 mins to half an hour, then rinse thoroughly, dry them and enjoy silky and smooth hair.
