Glowing designer Leona Edmiston told his twin joy for the first time publicly.
The veteran designer and her husband more than a decade and business partner Jeremy Ducker had twin girls by a surrogate mother surrogate mother in the United States 10 weeks ago revealed exclusively by The Sun-Herald last month.
Speaking at a dinner fashion Pendolino’s in the Strand Arcade last night, Edmiston, aged in his mid-40s, told the crowd of his twin daughters, named Dylan and Dusty – after her favorite singers and her husband Dusty Springfield and Bob Dylan – were beautiful and well behaved.
“They are very good,” she said. “They wake up once a night.” Edmiston admitted that his life was now a question of balance and she loves it.
The estimated designer, who lives in a hut style Californian bungalow in Bellevue Hill, said she had a baby nurse to help babies settle in.
The designer label is now in its 11th year with 26 stores, as well as ranges of Myer, and stores in Los Angeles, London and Shanghai.
