Lemons are the most effective skin lightener and brightener, it contains high amount of vitamin C and citric acid, that helps in lightening the dark spots on our skin, making it fair and brighter if we apply it on our face. lemon has antibacterial properties as well that’s why beneficial for the skin suffering from mild acne.
Other than applying, you can also consume a drink of lemon by squeezing half a lemon in water, and then drinking it the whole day, this will also make your skin clear and glowing. Follow this regime for two weeks at least and then see the significant results.
