Snack: fruit (100 g).
Dinner: lean meat – beef, cow (100 g), vegetables (to taste), butter (3 g), salad seasoned with vegetable oil, whole milk (125 ml).

Menu calorie 1200 calories

Breakfast: coffee with skim milk (125 ml) bread (25 g) serving of fruit.
Lunch: lean meat (100 g), vegetables (125 g), boiled potato, egg and skim milk (125 ml).
Tea: tea with skimmed milk (125 ml).
Dinner: lean meat (60 g), vegetables (125 g), bread (25 g), butter (3 g), fruit and skim milk (125 ml).
