Tips for Protecting skin this summer
Summer should be a time when we can all look forward to spending time in the sun. If it’s on the beach, at a barbecue or simply enjoy a book in the garden, relax in the sun helps us relieve stress, create a positive climate and even stimulates the production of vitamin D. However, for many skin conditions of sunlight can be a source of irritation and discomfort. Some skin diseases such as psoriasis and eczema can flare up when exposed to sunlight. Suffer from other skin conditions such as acne, may simply feel too self-conscious to expose their skin in public. Prevention is better than cure
Caring for your skin is something you should do all year round, instead of just in anticipation of summer. Eat well and using the products of skin care law will keep your skin healthy and better prepared to deal with the effects of the sun.
1) Eat plenty of fruit and vegetables, drink lots of water and get plenty of sleep. An imbalance of any of these can affect your appearance and general wellbeing.
